IMPORTANT – Delegates to the Fall Conference must be selected and Conference Credentials delivered by October 10th. Each club in good standing is entitled to one delegate and one alternate. Clubs with more than 30 members are entitled to two delegates and two alternates, per article 12 of District 1 Bylaws. Electronic voting will be held the week before Fall Conference. No proxies are allowed for online electronic voting.

Adopt District 1 Budget for 2024 – 2026
Elect the 2024-2026 Slate of Officers: governor, lieutenant governor, treasurer, area directors, and nominating committee.
Approve proposals from the District 1 Board:
- Amend District 1 Rules of Procedure
- Amend Zonta International Bylaws to add Women in STEM Committee
- Resolution to extend Women in STEM Scholarship for 2024-2026
